1. Bidding

  • All bids are final and binding
  • When you place a bid, a temporary authorization hold is initiated to verify your ability to pay
  • Bids cannot be canceled unless due to a verified technical issue

2. Authorization Holds

  • A pre-authorization hold is placed each time you bid
  • If you are outbid, the hold is released
  • Release timing depends entirely on your bank (typically 1–7 business days)
  • If you place many bids or bid on multiple items, your bank may reserve multiple amounts

3. Winning an Auction

If you win:

  • Your payment method will be charged for the final winning amount
  • You must complete the transaction within the required timeframe
  • Failure to pay may result in:
    • Suspension of your account
    • Removal of bidding access
    • Cancellation of the win

4. Item Condition

Items are sold:

  • “As is,” unless stated otherwise
  • With descriptions provided by the platform
  • Without guarantees of fit, performance, or suitability unless specified

5. Refunds

Refunds are only issued when:

  • The item is significantly different from its description
  • The item never arrives
  • The wrong item is delivered
  • A technical issue caused an invalid or duplicate bid

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Failure to read item descriptions
  • Bidding errors
  • Insufficient funds due to multiple authorization holds

6. Disputes

If you believe there is an issue, you must contact support within 2 days of receiving the item or auction outcome.

7. Delivery

The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

8. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel suspicious bids
  • Require identity verification
  • Block payment methods that fail or trigger fraud detection
  • Suspend accounts involved in manipulation
